Payment
Payment is required up front so that I can source all materials and packaging supplies to make your delicious cookies. Your payment will reserve your pick up date too!
Pick Up Dates and Times
Your cookies are best enjoyed fresh. Not showing up to the agreed upon pick up time, forfeits your order. But take heart, they will be donated to a family in need. Need to reschedule your pick up? No problem! Please reach out 5 days prior to your pick up date. I will do my best to accommodate changes at that time. Note that bulk pick up dates are used to accommodate most schedules.
Refunds
Refunds can be offered up to 24 hours after the payment is accepted. Unfortunately, after that time, refunds cannot be offered as orders for materials for your cookies have likely already been placed. But the good news - you get the cookies!
Cookie Care
Once you pick up your order (thanks again, by the way), what happens to your cookies is all on you! Keep 'em safe, keep 'em cool, and keep 'em away from the parking lot cart returns. Cookies are best kept in the original packaging on the kitchen counter and will remain fresh for up to a week. For longer storage, keep cookies in the original packaging and place them into an airtight container. These will keep in the freezer for about 3 months. To thaw, place the container on the counter and do NOT open it until the cookies have reached room temperature. Placing cookies in the refrigerator will result in them drying out and not tasting quite so fresh!
Weather Clause
If pick up is impossible due to inclement weather, your order will be heat sealed for a later pick up date. Unfortunately, no refunds can be offered due to weather, but I will make sure your order is kept as fresh as possible!
Product Photography
Colors and lighting in photos may be differ slightly compared to the final cookie you receive. All cookies are made to order, design and colors may vary slightly.
Cottage Food Laws and Allergens
This food is prepared pursuant to N.J.A.C. 8:24-11 in a home kitchen that has not been inspected by the Department of Health (CFO #1190). The kitchen is NOT nut free, egg free, dairy free, or gluten free.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you make custom cookies?
Yes! Outside of holiday seasons, I make custom cookie orders for individuals.
What flavor are the cookies?
All of the cookies are vanilla sugar cookies with royal icing decoration. The cookies contain wheat, milk, and egg products.
Can you make gluten or allergen free cookies?
Unfortunately, I cannot make gluten or allergen free cookies at this time. All cookies use the same recipe.
How many cookies can I order?
Orders can be placed by the dozen. A minimum of 2 dozen cookies is required.
When should I order?
The earlier the better! I typically take custom orders up to 3 months in advance. Most orders with 2 weeks notice or less cannot be accommodated.
How do I place a custom cookie order?
Start by filling out the contact form here. I will gather some information from you about what you are looking for and provide my availability and quote. If you would like to move forward, I will send you an invoice. We will also discuss cookie designs and details and I will sketch a few designs to give you an idea of what the cookies will look like. Once paid, your order is confirmed and my calendar is blocked for you!
What are your prices?
How do I confirm my order?
Your order and pick up date is only confirmed once the order is paid in full.
Can you create characters or logos on the cookies?
Unfortunately, I cannot recreate characters or trademarked logos on cookies.
Can I give you inspiration photos?
Yes! Inspiration photos are appreciated and can help with the design process. However, I cannot recreate another baker's work. Colors and details about your event are the most helpful!
Do you deliver the cookies?
My standard option is pick up only in Collingswood, NJ.
When can I pick up my cookies?
Your cookie pick up date will be determined when your order is placed. All cookies are individually packaged and heat sealed for freshness. If you need to pick up your cookies a couple of days prior to an event, they will still be fresh and delicious for your event!
